I have been part of the project development team since January 2022. I have the privilege of working on mixed-use developments in various federal states. In this role, I manage teams with diverse expertise and lead them to joint success.  I am passionate about implementing a wide range of urban design requirements with a focus on cost-effectiveness, quality and efficiency, understanding technical constraints as an opportunity and bringing them together to create a compelling piece of the city. I enjoy designing the living spaces of the future. For me, DLE is characterised by the fact that colleagues from different disciplines and with different skills work together on common tasks. This mix enriches the projects and broadens my own horizons, allowing me to take responsibility for the projects and the company.

At DLE Group AG, I’ve had the opportunity to be part of an enriching and insightful journey. Working with a diverse and supportive team has added depth to every project we undertake. My focus on modeling and forecasting has been both challenging and rewarding, aligning perfectly with the dynamic nature of the real estate private equity sector. Embracing new technologies and methodologies is a priority for me to ensure our company remains at the forefront of innovation. The chance to creatively solve complex issues, coupled with the support and freedom provided by DLE, has led to significant personal and professional development. I am very enthusiastic about the spirit of DLE and really enjoy coming to work every day. I meet an incredibly motivated team. In the property business, no two days are the same and this creates challenges. New teams are constantly coming together to coordinate our many projects, so synergies are maximised to help us progress as a team, on the project and in our own development. Personal concerns are also taken into account. I was able to start part-time because of my children, then switch to full-time after 8 months and was promoted to Senior after only 9 months. What I like most is that you can go to any area and get support and that we also give young people the opportunity to get a good insight into the property industry while they are still studying.

I have been part of the DLE team since May 2019, first in financing, then as a dual student in property management, and now as a full-time project developer. In these five years, I have gained diverse property experience, from internships to project management, and have learned to adapt to ever-changing market conditions. Every day brings new challenges, but I enjoy working with colleagues and project partners to develop individual solutions for each project.
