DLE Land Development GmbH is one of Europe’s leading land developers. A fund managed by the company has now gained Cosimo Investment Group as a strong realization partner for the development of the Jan-Petersen-Carré project. The more than 10,000 sqm site at Jan-Petersen-Strasse 14+18 in Berlin’s Marzahn-Hellersdorf district will be used primarily for residential development. The Fund remains a shareholder and will continue to support the development.

A modern residential and commercial building is planned, integrating the existing buildings. A total of 275 apartments will be built on a gross floor area (GFA) of 28,024 sqm, complemented by attractive commercial space for retail on the ground floor. The project is expected to be completed by mid-2027.

Grocery stores and social amenities such as daycare centers and schools are located in the immediate vicinity. In addition, the strategically favorable location in Marzahn-Mitte offers short distances thanks to excellent connections to public transportation and the highway.
