As CEO of DLE Capital AG, Tim Schymik heads the debt fund division and is responsible for the portfolio. He brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate finance business. In recent years, Schymik was managing director of one of the largest mezzanine providers in the German-speaking region, where he managed a mezzanine portfolio of over EUR 7 billion GDV.

Simone Hakala is COO of DLE Capital AG and heads the debt fund division of the DLE Group together with Tim Schymik. She has many years of experience in real estate financing and in her previous position at one of the largest mezzanine financiers in Germany, she managed a portfolio of over EUR 2 billion AuM. In addition, Simone Hakala has profound knowledge in structured finance, NPL workouts and credit risk assessment through activities in national and international banking sector.
