Dr. Kilian Mahler is Managing Partner of DLE Logistics GmbH. As managing partner, Kilian heads the Logistics vertical and is responsible for the portfolio. Kilian brings over 15 years of experience in investment and portfolio management in the German and international real estate market and over EUR 3 billion senior transaction expertise. Previously, Kilian was Head of Fund Management Logistics and Caverns at PATRIZIA, where he managed several real estate and infrastructure funds with Assets under Management of approximately EUR 5 billion.

Andreas Ludwig is Managing Partner of DLE Logistics GmbH. As managing partner, Andreas heads the Logistics vertical together with Kilian and is responsible for portfolio transactions and asset management. Andreas brings over 15 years of experience in the German and European Real Estate Markets, over 10 years of Executive and Senior Management Experience in the Real Estate and Fund Industry and more than EUR 2 billion senior transaction expertise.

Christian Seurig is CFO and member of the Management Board of DLE Group AG. As CFO, he manages all financial activities of DLE Group AG and its subsidiaries. In his previous positions as CFO, Christian Seurig led the finance departments of high-growth tech companies through the scaling phase until exit to strategic buyers. Prior to that, he held leadership roles in various business segments of the global energy industry. Christian Seurig started his career in strategy consulting and holds an MBA from London Business School & Chinese University of Hong Kong with a focus on valuations, M&A, and turnarounds.
