Lars Meisinger is CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board of DLE Group AG. As CEO of DLE Group AG, Lars is responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the group, with specific oversight of sales, communications, and human resources departments. Bringing over 25 years of experience in the investment management sector to his role, he has a proven track record of leadership and expertise. Before joining DLE Group AG, Lars led the international client advisory and corporate development unit at Aquila Capital, oversaw strategic product development at UBS Asset Management, and held senior roles in renowned investment management companies in London and Frankfurt. Lars holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Maastricht University and a Bachelor’s degree from Goethe University, Frankfurt, and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

Christian Seurig is CFO and member of the Management Board of DLE Group AG. As CFO, he manages all financial activities of DLE Group AG and its subsidiaries. In his previous positions as CFO, Christian Seurig led the finance departments of high-growth tech companies through the scaling phase until exit to strategic buyers. Prior to that, he held leadership roles in various business segments of the global energy industry. Christian Seurig started his career in strategy consulting and holds an MBA from London Business School & Chinese University of Hong Kong with a focus on valuations, M&A, and turnarounds.
Dr. Simon Kempf is co-founder of DLE Group AG and Managing Director of DLE Land Development GmbH. As Managing Director, he leads the land development team and is responsible for the portfolio transactions and asset management. He was previously a Director for Savills Corporate Finance and holds a double degree in Real Estate Finance and Economics from the European Business School (EBS) and the University of Hong Kong (HKU).
As CEO of DLE Capital AG, Tim Schymik heads the debt fund division and is responsible for the portfolio. He brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate finance business. In recent years, Schymik was managing director of one of the largest mezzanine providers in the German-speaking region, where he managed a mezzanine portfolio of over EUR 7 billion GDV.
Simone Hakala is COO of DLE Capital AG and heads the debt fund division of the DLE Group together with Tim Schymik. She has many years of experience in real estate financing and in her previous position at one of the largest mezzanine financiers in Germany, she managed a portfolio of over EUR 2 billion AuM. In addition, Simone Hakala has profound knowledge in structured finance, NPL workouts and credit risk assessment through activities in national and international banking sector.
Alexander Fröse is Managing Partner and Founder of DLE Living. He brings extensive experience and expertise in real estate investment and management. With a strong background in finance and years of experience in the real estate industry, he has been instrumental in establishing DLE Living as a leading company in the field of real estate healthcare. In addition to that, he is a respected figure in the healthcare industry and is often invited to participate in panels, where he shares his insights on current trends and the market.
Niko Kolobaric, a seasoned professional in the realm of investment management, has brought his expertise to DLE since 2020, spearheading the company’s healthcare initiatives in Germany. In his role, Niko Kolobaric assumes a multifaceted responsibility, encompassing the identification, assessment, and implementation of investment opportunities within the senior and assisted living sectors. His adeptness in sourcing, monitoring, and executing these opportunities underscores his commitment to driving sustainable growth and value creation. Prior to his tenure at DLE, Niko Kolobaric honed his craft within the esteemed Investment Team at Capital Bay, where he played a pivotal role in advising on both direct and indirect investments throughout Germany. Under the mentorship of Alexander Fröse, he navigated diverse property landscapes, contributing significantly to the team’s success and establishing himself as a trusted authority in the field. Notably, Niko Kolobaric’s collaborative synergy with Alexander Fröse spans over six years, reflecting a longstanding partnership grounded in mutual respect, shared vision, and collective achievement.
Thorsten Mohr is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of DLE Living GmbH. As former CEO of one of the largest operators of senior living facilities, he has profound knowledge of the senior living market and its regulations. In addition to his experience in structured finance and project acquisitions, he has a large network in the specialized senior living asset class.
Dr. Kilian Mahler is Managing Partner of DLE Logistics GmbH. As managing partner, Kilian heads the Logistics vertical and is responsible for the portfolio. Kilian brings over 15 years of experience in investment and portfolio management in the German and international real estate market and over EUR 3 billion senior transaction expertise. Previously, Kilian was Head of Fund Management Logistics and Caverns at PATRIZIA, where he managed several real estate and infrastructure funds with Assets under Management of approximately EUR 5 billion.
Monika Murawska is Managing Partner at DLE Poland. As Managing Partner, Monika is responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of DLE Poland. With 19 years of experience in the financial and real estate sectors – spanning retail, logistics, office, hospitality, residential, and land banking – she brings extensive expertise and a proven track record of success to her role.
Before joining DLE Poland, Monika served as Group CFO for a private equity firm, where she oversaw financial and transaction activities across Poland, the Czech Republic, and the Netherlands. She also held the roles of Head of Poland and CFO for CTP Invest and played a key role in Blackstone Real Estate’s transaction team, focusing on deals in Poland.
Throughout her career, Monika has managed over 25 transactions valued at more than EUR 600 million, secured bank loans exceeding EUR 500 million.
Julien is a business and finance lawyer who has worked in major international law firms in London, Frankfurt, and Berlin. He is the Managing Director of Apeiron Financial Consulting and has served as Chairman of the Board of NASDAQ-listed Atai Life Sciences (NASDAQ: ATAI) for many years. He is highly engaged as an investor, particularly in real estate in Germany.

Marc Weber currently serves as CFO of Apeiron Investment Group and has 25 years of experience in financial services including investment banking, private equity, and FinTech.
